A very large Japanese Imari vase of exceptional decorative quality dating from, circa 1700-1720. Each of the three main panels on the body of the vase depicts different varieties of flowers such as peonies, carnations and chrysanthemums. The lid is a European copy of the original made to replace the, presumably, broken, original. We think it was made in the early 19th century and we assume that the vase must have had a prestigious provenance considering the cost of making a lid to match in such quality. The vase stands on an associated 20th century hand-carved and gilt wooden base.

A Large Chinese Wucai porcelain sleeve vase, dating around 1620. The body is boldly painted in typical Wucai palette (overglaze green, red, yellow and brown). Decorated with large pomegranates, phoenixes, peonies and leaves. Lamped and mounted on a hand carved and hand gilt wooden base, fitted with antiqued brass plate with UK fittings, brown silk flex and black UK plug. Can be converted for EU or US use.

A good quality mid 18th century Chinese Imari porcelain tray. Made for export, possibly for the Dutch market. Decorated in underglaze blue and overglaze red enamel, gold and black.

18th Century Chinese Armorial Porcelain Tray

A late 18th century English lead planter. Solid lead in quatrefoil shape with panels showing lion heads and standing on four lion paws. Extremely solid and heavy item to withstand the whims of English weather. The planter has a lovely powder grey patina and is a rare survivor.

Very decorative pair of early 18th century brown painted wood (possibly pine) hall chairs. The usual model for this chair is in mahogany. We have not seen a pair in painted pine before. The paint is in original condition and therefore has some scuffs and minor losses. Bearing a family crest on the upper front back.
